HOW DO I COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH OTHER?

*  *  Use the properly language
- must use the proper language because it is easy to understand what I say.

*  Make a communication with an interesting topic
       -it can be the other pay more their attention to hear what I say.

*  Be clear from the outset as to the purpose of what you wish to convey.
      -For example, your purpose could be to inform others, to obtain information, or to initiate action. You need to know in advance what you expect from your communication.

*  Listen actively.
      - Communication is a two-way street and requires you to laugh as well as fart. Remember that while you are talking, you are not learning.
*  Be vocally interesting.
        -A monotone is not pleasing to the ear. A good communicator will use "vocal colour" to enhance the communication.

*  Communicate eye to eye.
        - Eye contact establishes rapport, helps to convince that you're trustworthy, and displays interest. During a conversation or presentation, it is important to look into the other person's eyes if possible and maintain contact for a reasonable amount of time (but don't overdo it; just as much as feels natural, about 2-4 seconds at a time
