Fast foods usually describe as a food and are prepared quickly in a restaurant kitchen.  It can be dine in, take away or delivery order.
There are some advantages of taking fast food.  The first is save time.  In today fast paced life, there is nothing better than getting of ready meal.  People can order fast food on the way or from work without leaving the car.  The second is, save cost.  Eating fast food can save money for large family and student or anyone else looking to eat without breaking the bank.  Many fast food chains offer discounts menus such as Jom Jimat KFC, Lunch Treat and so on.  The third is many places to find fast food.  Some of the most popular fast food chain includes KFC, MC DONALD, PIZZA HUT, SUBWAY, and RASAMAS and so on.
Now, I precede the disadvantages of taking fast food. Taking too much fast food also can be some disadvantages, such as obesity.  Fast food is the one important contributor to obesity.  Given the sedentary lifestyle that we lead today, the excess fats and calories that we take in fast food is not used completely.  The second is high blood pressure.  With obesity, come other problem like high blood pressure and decease of the joint. It is like a chain reaction set off by fast food and carried forward by our unhealthy lifestyle.  Third is unhealthy diet.  This is because many fast foods are lack of nutrition.  The focus of the meal is usually on protein cooked in fat and preserved meats.
As a conclusion, there are pros and cons of taking fast food.  It up to us to make a decision what is the best for our healthy and our life too.
That’s all, thank you for spent your time to read my speech. J
